We need Consent to Operate (CTO) and compliance with Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) regulations for our Dhuri Plant, Punjab. Scope of Service Based on the provided document, the scope of service includes: 1. Assessment and Advisory: o Review the current status of the Consent to Operate (CTO) and compliance with Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) regulations. o Provide guidance on meeting environmental laws and best practices. 2. Documentation Preparation: o Prepare and submit the CTO application form. o Compile technical documents, including site plans, process descriptions, and emission details. 3. Application Submission and Liaising: o Submit the application (online or physically) to the PPCB. o Assist with statutory fee calculation and payment. o Conduct regular follow-ups with the PPCB and address queries or additional requirements. 4. Final Approval and Compliance: o Review conditions outlined by PPCB upon approval. o Assist in compliance with post-approval conditions, if required. 5. Site Visits and Feasibility Report: o Conduct necessary site visits and prepare a feasibility report as part of the liaising process. Timeline: • The time for obtaining the CTO must be 30 days from issuance of the work order.
